It is refreshing to see a band hit the scene not really giving a shit about anything other than bringing sex swagger back to rock n’ roll. EndeverafteR is not a band for Pete Wentz loving adolescents, however, Wentz backs EndeverafteR, oh and so did Bret Michaels. Think Buckcherry meets Guns N’ Roses.
Kiss or Kill opens with the upbeat and energetic “I Wanna Be Your Man,” a track worthy of finding itself on the next Guitar Hero installation, while “Baby Baby Baby” has a sort of Van Halen flair to it. With these songs, it is easy to imagine EndeverafteR as the open shirt guitar shredders that would more than likely love to have stripper poles occupied at each end of their stage.
The band do slow it down with the ballad-like “Next Best Thing,” before going right into the foot tapping chugs of “Tip of My Tongue.” If simply hearing the songs is not enough to convince you that these guys are all about dirty rock and roll, check out their video for “Baby Baby Baby,” complete with topless school girls making out with each other. Yeah, we’re hooked too! Kiss or Kill gets an 8.5 (out of 10) for us. We absolutely love those killer guitar solos, or maybe we’re still stuck on the video!
